Help us understand the issue
Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, and which version of Threadwell you use. If the issue involves your account, include the email address you use to sign in.
A screenshot can help. Hide private conversation titles or other personal information before sharing it. Never send sign-in codes, passwords, payment-card details, or access tokens.
Sign-in codes come from signin@threadwell.app. Send support requests to contact@threadwell.app.
Billing, payments, and refunds
Stripe Managed Payments handles Threadwell payments through Sold through Link. For payment, subscription, or refund questions, visit Sold through Link support.
You can view invoices, update payment details, or cancel future renewals through Manage subscription in your Threadwell account. See Billing & refunds for prices, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refund information.
Uninstalling Threadwell or signing out does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through Manage subscription before the next renewal if you want to stop recurring charges.
Sign-in and Pro access
Open Threadwell Settings and backup → Open Threadwell account in the extension. Use the email address associated with your purchase and enter the latest sign-in code.
After a purchase or a change in the billing portal, return to the Threadwell account page and choose Refresh subscription. Returning to the website alone does not verify payment.
If your access still looks wrong, email contact@threadwell.app. Signing out or losing verified Pro access does not erase your local folders and shortcuts.
Privacy and account deletion
Send privacy questions and Threadwell account-deletion requests to contact@threadwell.app. We need to verify the account owner before deleting a hosted account.
Deleting your Threadwell account does not cancel a paid subscription or remove Stripe records. Cancel first, or contact us to coordinate cancellation separately.
Your local organizer, backup files, and optional Chrome Sync data are separate from your Threadwell account. Read the Privacy policy for what Threadwell stores, how data is used, and how deletion works.
